You can use Ulrichsweb – a global serials directory.  Ulrichsweb can be accessed from the Library databases list, but it is also freely available online.  http://ulrichsweb.serialssolutions.com.ezproxy.aut.ac.nz/

It provides details of all journals, including information on whether the article is 'refereed' (another term for peer-reviewed). If a journal is very new, it may not be there immediately.

Click on the title from the results list to get all the other information. Under Key Features, filter your search to: Refereed.
