Q. How can I use the lockers in the Library?

Lockers are located on Level 3 of the City Campus Library.

To borrow a swipe card key, ask at the Library Help Desk on Level 4, near the main entrance.

To open your locker:

• Swipe your card against the grey icon beneath the screen.
• 
• The screen will assign you a Locker Number (from 1-50). You will then have 30 seconds to open your assigned locker. If the time elapses simply re-swipe the card on the grey icon and try again.
• To open the Locker press firmly on the left-hand side of the locker door.
• 
• Make a note of your locker number in case of swipe card failure.  If this occurs, library staff can use the master swipe card to open your locker.

To empty your locker:

• You must empty your locker and return the card to the Library Help Desk one hour before the Library closes. Lockers are not available for overnight use (cards re-set every night).
• If you forget to empty your Locker before the library closes, your belongings will be passed to Security, located in WO3.

If you lose the swipe card there is a replacement cost of $100 - so please keep it safe!
