To access your Library account you use your network ID and password. These are the same login details you use for Canvas, Student Hub Online, student email, and AUT Wi-Fi.

For help with your AUT network login or password, visit the ICT Service Desk staff at the City Campus Library (Level 4), North Shore Campus Library (Level 1) or South Campus Library (Level 2), or call them on 0800 288 428.

If you have forgotten your password or need to change it and you are off campus, go to https://distance.aut.ac.nz/login.cgi

If your password works on some systems but not others, try changing your password to realign the permissions on different systems. 

If you are a Postgraduate student - remember that your mock staff account is not the account to use for library access, you need to use your postgrad student account.
