This can be caused by browser caching, cookie or session problems – you may see a ‘400’ error.

Clear your browser’s cookies and/or cache and try again. If you don't know how to do this, you can contact AUT's ICT Service Desk: 0800 AUT ICT/0800 288 428 for help.

Sometimes you will also need to close the browser and open it again, or shut down your computer/device and restart it.
