If a course had existing e-reserves, even from some time ago, the Library may have created a resource list and attached it to the course in order to migrate these digitised resources over to Course Resources. In this case, open the list by clicking on the title in the results list.

  • Click Edit and select Assign List Owner. In the pop-up window either search for a lecturer's name or click Assign to me in the top right of the window to take ownership of the list

Now click Edit and select Edit List. In the new pop-up window:

  • Select the correct Semester for the next delivery of the course
  • Anticipate student numbers for the next delivery of the course
  • Click Save

Now you are ready to continue working with your Course Resources list.
