Yes. Multiple staff can contribute towards a list. From the list Edit menu, select Invite List Publishers. This will trigger an emailed invitation. Once your colleague has accepted the invitation (which can also be found in their Course Resources profile under My invites), the list will appear in their My lists. It is best to avoid working on the same list simultaneously as any changes may not be saved.
Please note: Your colleagues will not be able to see your bookmarks unless they are included in a list you are collaborating on OR are included in any published list. You can save a copy of any bookmark you see in any published Course Resources/ Talis list. From the initial list display, click the title of the resource to open its individual record, then click Add to my Bookmarks.
