Error messages can happen for a number of reasons. Often you can solve the problem by:

  • Switching to/using a different web/internet browser (e.g. Chrome, Firefox, Explorer, Safari)
  • Make sure that your browser is set to accept cookies
  • Clearing the browser cache and cookies (if you don't know how to do this, contact the AUT ICT Service Desk for help).
  • Sometimes you will also need to close the browser and open it again, or even shut down your computer/device and restart it.
  • If you have both a staff and a student network login, these can sometimes interfere with each other. If you need to use both, use them in separate browsers.

If none of these fixes solve the problem, contact the AUT ICT Service Desk: 0800 AUT ICT/0800 288 428
