To fix this, you just need to ‘deauthorize’ the app and ‘reauthorize’ with your Adobe ID. There’s no need to create a new ID.
In Adobe Digital Editions, Ctrl+Shift+D to bring up the authorisation options. In Bluefire Reader, click on the Information icon.
If you’ve forgotten your Adobe ID or password, you can reset it at https://accounts.adobe.com/
