The best place to start looking is in Library Search - keep keywords at a minimum: eg zealand housing health.

When you do your search you will notice (on the left-hand side) of your search results 'Refine Your Search'. These options can be turned on and off. Have a good look at these search refinements - they are very useful, especially 'Limit to scholarly articles' and 'Publication date'.

If you are not satisfied, try Newztext - it's found in Databases on the Library's home page. When you click on Newztext you will be given various choices, select 'Combined search (Newztext Plus)'. 

Note: When searching Newztext, there is no need to use the key word ‘zealand’ as Newztext only searches New Zealand material.
