The best place to start looking is in Library Search - keep keywords at a minimum: eg zealand housing health. When you do your search you will notice (on the left-hand side) of your search results 'Refine Your Search'. These options can be turned on and off - please note, the 'newspaper articles' has been excluded by default - simply untick it. Have a good look at these search refinements - they are very useful, especially 'Limit to scholarly articles' and 'Publication date'.

If you are not satisfied with what Library Search has offered for newspaper articles, try Newztext - it's found under N in the databases list on the Library's home page. When you click on Newztext you will be given various choices, select 'Combined search (Newztext Plus)'.  When searching Newztext, there is no need to use the key ‘zealand’ as Newztext only searches New Zealand material.
