My e-book comes up with the message E_AUTH_BAD_DEVICE_KEY when I try to download to Adobe Digital Editions or Bluefire Reader. What do I do?

To fix this, you just need to ‘deauthorize’ the app and ‘reauthorize’ with your Adobe ID. There’s no need to create a new ID.

In Adobe Digital Editions, Ctrl+Shift+D to bring up the authorisation options. In Bluefire Reader, click on the Information icon.
